This tastefully renovated two bedroom condo offers ocean-front views from the front bedroom porches and inlet-views from the back porch. Located in the highly desired, private gated Marlin Quay community, you'll have access to two separate pool areas with beach access directly across the street. Your first stay at "Seas The Quay" is sure not to be your last! Book your Surfside Realty vacation rental now and get a $150 credit towards beach gear delivered to your rental property. Offer only good for 7-21 night stays. EXTERIOR FEATURES Located in a Gated Inlet Front Community, Unobstructed Views of the Marlin Quay Marina and Murrells Inlet, Private Balcony, Elevator, Community Outdoor Pool (Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st) - Professionally Maintained, 1 Parking Spot, Outdoor Shower, Trailers, Motorcycles and Golf Carts are Not Permitted at Complex, Non Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Two): 1 King, 2 Fulls BATHROOM ACCOMIDATIONS (Two): Full PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option.
