I booked a 1 bed apartment with kitchen since I'm out of town on business. There is nothing in the kitchen to prepare meals, no dishrags, soap, scrub brushes, no hot water. They provide 2 each of basic cutlery but no knives or a cutting board. No toaster, no microwave. Has a jacuzzi tub, with no hot water. The place is cold and has no heater. No hangers or iron in the closet, no shelves in the closet. There are two drawers that work, the rest are fake. Shower head is broken in the bathroom with warm water. Fire alarm went off from using kettle, they placed a sensor right above the stove... Fire alarm went off for \~30 minutes the day I left from another unit, but never once did the ones in my room actually work. If you had the bedroom door closed, you wouldn't know. One of the worst equipped places I've stayed. Uncomfortably cold, even with the AC off. I had them bring an iron and used it as a space heater for 5 days, and used the over to warm the place up in the mornings. It was very clean and spacious. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very very comfortable - at no point did we feel cramped.
