"The place seemed a little like something out of a horror film. The room itself was nice (the balcony door was broken which was disappointing) but the actual facility is nothing like the pictures. I never saw a staff person (not sure if there is even breakfast available) and the place was completely dark and dead even though I got there during the supposed check in time. "Amazing place right on the outside of Hallstatt marketplace such a beautiful community. Felt like we were in a fairy tale. Unfortunately did not realize until leaving that bikes were available for free. Would’ve loved to have had that highlighted at the top of the amenities list however this hotel is magical and I highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider staying here."
