“We had a first floor room for two nights. Could hear the people above far too often - and starting at 4:30 am. Not sure what they were doing up there, sounded like a lot of loud, heavy pacing. The air conditioning makes the room cool, but does not remove humidity. Also, there was no “constant” fan choice for a white noise effect, instead it turned off and on continuously. Our room keys stopped working and had to be recharged three times in two days. The breakfast was scrambled powdered……
