“super ”

“Although the receptionist didn’t speak any English, between google translate and point and smiling, we were checked in early and shown around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Our room had an awkward shower/tub set up with no shower curtain, but we made the best of it. I think this is a very popular hotel as the weather warms up because there’s a popular road cycling trail and Straznice is central on that map. “スタッフがきっちりテーブルセットすることが偉い”

“Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Angebot. Wir gingen davon aus, daß es sich um ein Doppelbett handelt. Leider war dieses nicht vorhanden, so daß für die zweite Person ein Notbett hergerichtet werden mußte. Das Zimmer war bezüglich der Größe und der spartanischen Ausstattung eine Zumutung.”

“Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language.”

“Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice……

“Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!”
