Perched on a hill overlooking the Cretan sea, Villa Le Reve is a modern retreat with dramatic views of the surrounding landscape. The villa uses huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area to take advantage of the incoming light and expansive sea and mountain views creating the same summer feeling in all areas. Relax across the veranda with panoramic views and the immaculate infinity pool, let your senses indulge in a breathtaking panorama of Cretan nature.
Villa Le Reve is a 140 sq. m is fully renovated villa designed to offer direct view to the sea and can accommodate up to six guests.
The main house:
Entering the villa on the first floor there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 40" satellite HDTV, air condition, an indoor dining table and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor veranda with a dining table which also leads you to the pool area.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king size beds, air condition, closet, exit to backyard and one of the bedrooms that is the main bedroom has also a 32" HDTV. The bathrooms are both with shower and one of them also has a washing machine.
The independent studio:
Our independent studio is accessible from its own entrance at outside and it can be fully independent space which can offer more privacy among guests. Entering the studio, there is an open plan area consisting of living room area with a sofa bed, 32" HDTV, a dining table and a small kitchen. The studio has a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 35 sq. m infinity swimming pool with panoramic sea & mountain views
-Sun beds, pool side tables and umbrellas next to the swimming pool
- Ramp available from the house to the pool area to facilitate any guest with mobility issues
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue and wood oven
- Outdoor dining table under a pergola, next to the barbecue
- Outdoor dining table in the veranda of the 1st floor
- Vegetable Garden and Chicken coop with garden produce and eggs at your disposal
- Security Camera at the entrance of the villa

- Parking space for 2 cars
The whole outdoor area is fenced and offers full privacy to our guests.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
