Our condo comes complete with new LVP flooring in all the bedrooms, tile in kitchen and living/dining area and bathrooms, freshly painted in all rooms, custom woodworking and cabinetry, new mattresses, new furniture, flatscreen TVs in Bedrooms and Living area with DVD player and inviting decor. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and each connects to a private bath and has its own television. Take a short stroll on the beach to the historic Cherry Grove fishing pier. Cherry Grove Beach is a wonderful, family oriented location. Lots to do in the immediate area including plenty of golfing, fishing, a variety of restaurants, outlet shopping, Barefoot Landing, Broadway At The Beach, and minutes from the excitement of Myrtle Beach. For the more adventurous, we are just a day trip to Wilmington or Charleston. There is truly something to please everyone!

Our condo is very comfortable with breathtaking views of the Ocean to be enjoyed from the master, living area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed. You will enjoy the balcony directly off the master bedroom and living room with the glorious ocean views as you are waking up. Adjoining the master is the master bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and also connects to its own bath and has beautiful views of the ocean and the creek. The third bedroom contains 2 double beds and has its own bath as well. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, keurig, washer and dryer.

Beachwalk Villas is well-maintained building, close to the IGA grocery store, fish market and more. Our building is only across the street from the beach and has a beachfront amenity center including indoor/outdoor pools,hot tub, and lounging chairs. Upstairs in the amenity center, you will find the game room which includes foosball and a dart board, and rocking chairs for your enjoyment. Next to the game room is a fitness area with an elliptical trainer, treadmill and nautilus equipment. Bathrooms are also on this floor. Parking is available for 2 cars. This unit is nonsmoking and so is our complex. Sorry no Pets, Golf Carts, Motorcycles, Scooters, Mopeds, Boats, Trailers or RV's allowed on premises according to HOA bylaws. Beachwalk Villas is a quiet family friendly building. Posted rates include bed/bath linens. You will need to bring beach towels.
