Lovely 3rd FLOOR updated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. Ocean side of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach. About 400 feet to the beach. You'll love the space in this unit that features a living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and 3 fantastic ocean view balconies. This bright and airy gem is SMALL DOG friendly WITH PRIOR APPROVAL ONLY and with a $75 per dog per stay charge in addition to the rental rate.
The Space: This is the 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath side of a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath "lockout" unit. Message us for links to the whole 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath if you need something larger.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property: Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?' A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?' A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?' A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Amenities?' A: NO – Sorry, but the building front desk has decided that they do not want to share access to specific amenities that they directly own. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed here at no extra charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?' A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?' A: YES - Parking is free for TWO cars. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?' A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?' A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?' A: MAYBE - We love pets and travel with our own when we can. However, there are building rules that we must follow. SMALL DOGS are allowed WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY. There are some restrictions on dogs, so this is a case by case basis. A pet fee of $75 per dog (per stay - not per night) is required to be paid prior to check in. Cats are not allowed. Please contact us for approval of your dog PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?' A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?' A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

The Neighborhood: LOCATION: We love this neighborhood just North of the upscale "Golden Mile" residential area. It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. It is still close to everything and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Cane Patch golf. There is even a Starbucks a few blocks away. This neighborhood is just a bit more quaint than the other areas of Ocean Blvd with tree-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and an oceanfront fitness walk. In our opinions, it is the perfect combination of resort (with tons of amenities) and relaxing vacation.
If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, walk to the Cane Patch par 3 course and driving range just a few blocks away, or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses within a 5-minute drive of the condo, including Pine Lakes Country Club, Grande Dunes, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, or Dunes Golf & Beach Club!
For a little “retail therapy”, check out one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, head over to the Coastal Grand Mall, take a walk around The Market Common, or wander into one of the many beach shops along Ocean Blvd. or King’s Hwy.
Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.
Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from amazing shops and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!
Getting Around: TRANSIT: For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.
Other Things to Note: THINGS TO NOTE: MOTORCYCLES AND TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY. WE SUGGEST FINDING ALTERNATIVE STORAGE, SUCH AS THE PAVILLION PARKING DECK.
Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots during the busiest times.
This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.
Guests have access to the pool for this complex only, and not surrounding complexes that have different HOA's.
In case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
