The living room has a cozy sleeper sofa and a flatscreen tv plus a set of sliding glass doors that lead to your balcony. A cozy kitchen has all major appliances and overlooks the dining table with seating for six. There’s a king-sized bed in the master along with a private bathroom with separate tub and vanity areas. You can also access the balcony from the room. The guest bedroom is great for kids with its matching twin beds. The Crescent Sands condo rentals offer beautifully appointed and comfortable 2 and 3 bedroom condos. This property features very large and spacious oceanfront balconies, which can be accessed by sliding glass doors through the master bedroom and living room. Some units also have an additional bedroom that has sliding glass doors with access to a private balcony. With such wide panoramic views of the ocean, there is not a bad seat in the house in the Crescent Sands North Myrtle Beach condo rentals. Cleanliness could have been better, particularly around corners and edges of the floor. There was sand on the floors when we arrived, and I had to call the 24-hour maintenance within the first 3 hours of arrival to fix a clogged drain in the master bathroom sink. Overall the property met expectations and the view and beach access were exceptional. Very quiet throughout the building and area which was also nice. Parking was available but a very tight fit for larger vehicles.
