Summary:
2nd floor (must climb stairs) Beautiful, comfortable and spacious condo. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Fully stocked kitchen, sleeps 6, beautiful golf ground view.
*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo, 1 king bed, 2 single beds, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and cable TV available. golf ground view from the balcony.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
*Easy access to both Hwy 17.

The condo is located at Magnolia Place, 10 min. from airport, 5 min. from Broadway at the beach, 5 min. from the beach, 15 min. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.
Friendly neighborhood, High maintained, built around Myrtlewood Golf Club, Walking and biking trails, outdoor pool.

Car, taxi, Uber

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my house rules.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Perfect little vacation condo

The condo is perfectly placed to take advantage of everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. 5 minutes to the beach, Broadway at the beach, water Park, restaurants, and more. The property was clean and fully furnished. The laundry in the unit was perfect for a long stay, and the balcony overlooking the golf course was a great place to start the morning with coffee or end the day with a drink. Internet worked perfectly, and every room had a tv. Overall a great place to stay for a long week.

Peaceful

It was a very relaxing and convenient property. After a full day of event at broadway it was 2 min away so convenient and you would come back to the most peaceful community.

Never rent a Vrbo property that does not have a review

Property is a very nice layout but needs refreshing and more detailed cleaning. Kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean but all cabinets, door jams, walls, trims and vents had layers of dust and grime. Unit was advertised with a washer and dryer but did not work. Property manager was notified but no repair was done.

Property in desperate need of updating. Sloppy repairs done. Furniture old and snappy.

Very disappointing. Condition of unit poor. Communication with Host difficult. You ask a specific question and get a response that does not answer the question. Repeatedly. Washer quit first few weeks after two attempts to get me one that worked it was so small you could only wash a few things at once. No offer to compensate for the inconvenience and expense of have to use a laundromat. Shower needed to be fixed. I don’t understand the high ratings, makes no sense. Assistance from VRBO is non-existent. Give you the run around. Say someone will get back to you and they never do. Very frustrating and disappointing Experience. Makes me very leery of using VRBO again or trusting the reviews.
