Mold and leaking ceilings a part of our ceiling where the leak was fell so we had to clean it up went to the front desk told them, they said that someone will go fix it they never did. My kids got sick because of the mold. The air conditioner didn’t work. We had to go down to the lobby to ask for toilet paper because housekeeping wouldn’t come they never come so you have to go down their yourself.

Property all around in desperate need of repair and upgrading. There are two buildings, a north and south but only one front desk checkin area in the south building. Elevators disgusting, room appliances rusty. No shampoo or conditioner or coffee in room although there was a coffee machine and filters. Requested toiletries at front desk but never received. Very slow sink drain. Filthy sliding door windows and room safe difficult to operate. Renovations being done on first and second floor on the north building so remnants laying all over hallways. Ocean view was nice but We will never stay here again!!

Loved the location. The room was clean. The overall facility is pretty dated though. I also loved the view of the ocean. One major complaint is that the balcony is not really a balcony. It is only large enough to open the door and stand there. Literally like a foot on length.

For the price that you pay per night, the rooms could’ve been in better conditions. I’m not sure what the difference is between buildings if they’re the same or not, but the upkeep was not what I expected. Especially for being Myrtle Beach I was expecting a little bit more.

It was nice area and room. Just a few things needed some care plug did not work in bathroom and the crack between the wall and bed had all kinds of junk between it . We kept loosing the remote in it and found trash and t shirt.
