I liked the property for the most part. What I didn't like was the repeated cockroaches I found upon entry and during our stay. My son found one on his bed. Also, the underneath of each bed was full of dust and the remnants of prior guests (i.e. kids slippers, sunglasses, and an empty lemonade bottle). The hotel staff was notified upon my departure

I really enjoyed our recent visit with Kingston Plantation Condos and Villas. The check in process was quick and precise. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were also knowledgeable about what services to offer and provided! I’d booked this visit for my son’s 10th Birthday. He really enjoyed himself as well as my family. The prices were reasonable! We’d really enjoyed the fact that there was a water park available on site and it was included with our accommodations! Campus was very clean and presentable! The location is great and surrounding by good shopping proximity! We will be booking this hotel in the near future! Thank you so much!

I loved how clean and orderly everything was. I really enjoyed the amenities Kingston had to offer. However, I was severely overcharged on a resort fee, parking fee, and early check-in fee that was not previously disclosed to me. Other than that, I guess everything was very nice.

What I didn’t like the wasn’t what I had booked but to be fair I rented it through Expedia but the room they gave me first was dirty and smelled so I refused to stay in it so they gave a different room it was a lot better but it was dirty the dishes were dirty and washing machine leaked water all over the floor me and wife had to sleep on a hard double bed I told the lady at desk that I just had shoulder replacement

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The floor was dirty and seemed barely swept, which was very off-putting. The TV remotes each had only one battery, making them unusable. Additionally, there were no paper towels, napkins, or laundry detergent provided. We had to request bedsheets for the pullout sofa, even though we had specified that there would be a third person staying with us. It took an hour to receive the sheets, which was quite inconvenient. While the property itself is nice and has great potential, it is clear that it is not being properly cared for. The service was somewhat lacking as well. With better attention to detail and improved service, this hotel could be much better.

I spent over two hours with door lock issues (locked out twice where key didn't work) and being moved to another room because the first room was very outdated and had a very strong musty smell and not clean. The second room I moved to had a newer tap touch lock that worked; however, it too had an atrocious filthy two dollar shower curtain with rusted hooks and a replacement hook made from a plastic coat hanger. The bedskirt was hanging off the bed and had a black oil spot on the sheet and the ceiling fan rattled. It also had a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig type) with two packs of outdated decaf coffee and cream and sweet n low packets that had previously gotten wet before with unwrapped wooden stir sticks. The washcloths on the bathroom counter had not been replaced and water from cleaning had run under them and had turned the bottoms of the washcloths yellow. They had one cup and one soup spoon in the cabinet but no soap or dish cloth. For the price and the high daily resort fees, these units should be cleaned properly and have the basic necessities in the room. Any extras or things needed are the responsibility of the renter who has to go to the registration desk in a totally separate building. Do not rent directly from Kingston resorts or Embassy suites. Rent directly from an owner. Kingston resorts does not take care of these rentals or require the owners to update them. The rooms were very disappointing for the price!

My recent stay at Kingston Plantation Condos was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival it was clear that the experience would be disappointing. Firstly, the pillows provided were not just dirty but had visible blood stains on them, which was unacceptable and disgusting. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable with broken blinds that failed to provide any privacy or block out light properly. To add to the discomfort, there was a severe shortage of basic amenities such as towels and toilet paper. The most frustrating part of my stay was the issue with the bed. Despite booking and paying for a king-sized bed, I was given a queen-sized bed instead. This discrepancy was not only inconvenient but also misrepresented what I had paid for. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, both Expedia and the hotel staff proved to be unhelpful. Overall, my experience at Kingston Plantation Condos was beyond disappointing. The combination of dirty amenities, broken facilities, and poor customer service made for a stay that I would not wish upon anyone.
