This condo offers stunning views from two balconies, living room, and bedrooms on the 19th floor. Sleeps up to 6 with 1 King and 1 Queen and a trundle bed for the kids. Located in the exclusive Maisons Sur Mer, it features a well-equipped kitchen, full-sized appliances, LCD TVs, two private bathrooms, oceanside pools, private balconies. Free WIFI! Conveniently near Ocean Annies for live music and a great beach atmosphere. Short drive to attractions, restaurants, golf, and shopping.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- DO NOT TOUCH OR MOVE FURNITURE AND THE STORM SHUTTERS AND MAKE SURE TO LOCK THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE CONDO FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME AND AFTER STAY THANK YOU
- THIS CONDO DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM.
- THIS IS A CITY VIEW CONDO, NOT OCEANVIEW
- Tiki Bar is now officially closed for the season.
NOTE: The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open. Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.
NOTE: The pools are (typically) open year round and (typically) the heater is on. Outdoor pool is temporarily closed due to a pump repair until further notice.

overall a good experience. room and amenities were nice. one of the showers wasnt working. a little dusty. right on the beach and nice pool. very secure location, which was safe but a little difficult to check in amd unpack. furniture and decor a but outdated
