This spacious 1800 sq ft unit features a full kitchen with a living room and dinning area. This unit comfortably accommodates 14 guests with a large kitchen, dining and living room area. This building features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie play areas and a lazy river. Located on the northern tip of the Myrtle Beach coast, Ocean Reef Resort® is just minutes from all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The Ocean Reef is a full service resort. Although you’ll thoroughly enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll also want to take advantage of oceanfront dining at the Café du Port, which hosts a daily breakfast buffet as well as a large a la carte menu. The Banana Boat Lounge will give you a place to mingle and enjoy a nightly social hour. If you’re looking for a place to host a meeting or an event, catering and meeting space is available. The entire resort offers wireless internet connection. Cable TV is also provided in your condo. Now, let’s get down to the business of vacation fun! Our public beaches are staffed with lifeguard protection for you and your family. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are available for daily or weekly rent. When you’re ready to have a change of scenery and you’ve had enough sand and surf, the resort offers a myriad of water and outdoor activities. A beautiful large irregularly shaped 115 ft. pool, a children’s pool, seasonal poolside bar and spa tub are all waiting for you. In addition, you’ll enjoy an indoor recreational complex featuring a 250 ft. lazy river, freeform pool and two spa tubs. An indoor/outdoor children’s water playground showcases a shipwreck, a mushroom waterfall, water buckets and rain showers. Ocean Reef really is a slice of paradise for you and your family. The golfers in the group are close to 100 golf courses spread throughout the Myrtle Beach area. Enjoy such attractions as Myrtle Waves, Ripley\`s Aquarium, Broadway Grand Prix, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Brookgreen Garden, Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel and Fun Warehouse. You must be 25 years of age to book this unit. This property is Smoke Free. There is a $250 fine for smoking in the unit. The guests have access to all the amenities at this building. The unit comes with 3 free parking passes. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1\. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2\. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3\. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time. 4\. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit. 5\. There was no dishwashing liquid although we had to start it before leaving to clean the used Utensils. We were on time to leave so couldn’t even go out to buy . But there were some maintenance issues, such as the ceiling in the master bedroom that was falling off on whatever I had laying below it. Also, it took at least 20 minutes of running the water for the shower water to ever get hot. Such a huge waste of water and time. On a couple of occasions, it never got hot, very frustrating!!! The condo was smaller than I expected but still fit our 14 family members comfortably. Negative is the property and room is a little dated and needs some updates. The condo owner was very responsive and friendly. If wanted quiet or space not an issue. Appeared clean . The beach , balcony and view amazing. There were no extra blankets , you only got what was on bed a sheet and a cover. We had to grab some throws. The towels weren’t allowed out of room so had to buy beach towels. And had to wash towels a few times as we shower every day ran out fast. It says provides tp but only 1 roll a bathroom. Host did allow us to get in early provided we paid additional money , as we did ask before hand. The building on the other hand not as clean, the smell of weed at times was a lot , the elevators had multiple broken while we were there which lead to long waits to go upstairs. The spa was broken. The workers , all very nice. Except got drinks at the bar don’t think they had alcohol in them. Can hear people over you , we were on 10th floor. I wanted to give 5 stars for so many reasons-(condo was nice, clean, roomy) but honestly I will probably not come back because of one big issue! We went to pack up on Friday night but all of the carts were being used and there were so many people coming in-for a convention we believe so we decided (after many loads of carrying luggage to our cars across the street) to just finish loading in the morning-surely there would be carts available for our use at 4:30am but No, there weren’t any! so me, and all of my family had to carry heavy luggage from the 10th floor (there was an elevator) across the street to our vehicles at 5 this morning! They have 15-minute parking to load and unload in front of the resort as stated-but all of those spots were full at 4:30 in the morning too-not another individual was around so I know those vehicles had been there all night-not for less than 15 minutes. A wonderful vacation until the end but I don’t think I will book here again bc of this checkout issue. Very disappointing end to our wonderful family vacation! This time via VIRBO the rental was in the best condition we ever had. The kitchen was stocked well with pot, pans ect. We enjoyed this unit very much. Our family of 14 all age ranges spent a week here. Everyone had there own space we could gather in living area eat and play games at table or sit on balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. Issues were washer/dryer unit is loud refrigerator drawer broken but this did not phase our trip one bit.
