Our Oceanfront 4 Bedroom 3 Bath unit is the perfect oasis to leave the worries of home at home and just enjoy time away with the family or friends. There are four exterior sliding doors leading to the rap around covered balconies that have incredible Ocean views all the way to North Carolina. This end unit oceanfront condo is located in the North Tower and comes fully equipped with:

Although you’ll thoroughly enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll also want to take advantage of oceanfront dining at the Café du Port, which hosts a daily breakfast buffet as well as a large a la carte menu. The Banana Boat Lounge will give you a place to mingle and enjoy a nightly social hour.

If you’re looking for a place to host a meeting or an event, catering and meeting space is available. The entire resort offers wireless internet connection. Cable TV is also provided in your condo.

You must be 25 years old to book this property.

This property is Smoke Free. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking areas around the building. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room.

This property is not pet friendly and pets are not allowed. There is a $250 fine for brining a pet into the unit.
You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.

There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
• Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
• All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
• No linens or household items are missing or damaged
• No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
• The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
• No pets of any kind are kept on premises
• No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
• Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit
• You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner

We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in.

Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.
