Ft. 2 dormitorios está situado en el sexto piso del One Ocean Place. One Ocean Place es Premier complejo condominio de lujo de Garden City ubicado a sólo 15 minutos al sur de Myrtle Beach. Esta unidad completamente renovada ofrece magníficas vistas de la playa en todo. La sala de estar está equipada con un sofá cama doble, barra para tragos, TV de súper alta definición Samsung con pantalla plana de 60 'con barra de sonido Samsung y acceso gratuito a Internet WIFI. La habitación está diseñada con 5 paneles de techo a piso con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a un gran balcón frente al mar al que también se puede acceder desde el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 '', VCR, DVD y una nueva cama king size. If you have a small car or small SUV you will be great. My full size truck was very tight to park. At some points I have to do a 15 point turn to get out. Kind of stressful. Lovely views of the beach from balcony with convenient access to beach. Carol was very quick to respond to any issues we had. Ours was two bedroom but planning to return possibly to three bedroom. We really enjoyed the sights and sounds of the beach. We saw dolphins, a few whales and many commercial fishing boats. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, Maureen was wonderful and very helpful. We loved the sound of the waves at night, it was so nice to step away from the daily grind and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. We were fortunate the weather was cooperative and it only kept us off the beach once. The condo was clean and enjoyable, I would highly recommend it. The only drawback we encountered was the low overhead in the parking area which did not accommodate the storage box on the roof of our vehicle. That said, we never had an issue finding a spot to park in the outside spaces. ##### James P.
