NOTE: We ONLY book and handle payments through VRBO. Anything else is a scam.

Rate includes bath and kitchen towels, starter paper products, toiletries, etc., plus cleaning service after you leave.* We will arrange rental of other items, such as cribs, high chairs, beach wheelchairs, games, beach caddies, coolers, etc., as requested.

*Cleaning is included in an Admin fee added to all bookings. For stays of 7 nights or more a discount is applied to offset the cleaning portion of this fee.

Sleeps 6 comfortably, up to 8 adding futon and sectional in living room.

Includes gas grill, Nintendo (or other) game console, and other games, as available.

Site L-10 is located within the gates of the award winning Ocean Lakes and is a very SHORT WALK TO BEACH and on-site WATER PARK.

Great Place to Stay

My family stayed at this place for a week and had plenty of space. The host responded quickly to all of my communications during the stay (to replace a battery) and after (to send an item that was left). We would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation!

We had a great time on our vacation and this location was perfect! It was so close to the ocean and the Waterpark. Everything was clean and beautiful and the owner was so easy to communicate with and was very understanding when we had a family emergency. We were very happy with our stay!

Great family stay at home in campground.

Very caring and responsive hosts. House is in a very family-oriented, well kept campground with lots of amenities. The nicest part of the campground, aside from the beachfront, was the waterpark.

Perfect Beach House

Spring Break

The kids and I spent Spring Break at OL and this house was so cute and cozy. Close to all the things we needed. The host was very helpful when I needed an extra car tag for my son and a little help with replacing batteries for the door. We will def plan a stay here again!

Great stay.

This was my first time staying at the Psalms of the sea. The property was wonderful. Very cozy. I also felt that it was well taken care of and kept very clean. The bed in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. When I make my next trip to Ocean Lakes, I will check on this property first and hope it is available.

You couldn't ask for a better location. It was an easy walk to the beach, waterpark, mini golf, the store and Sandy's Eat & Greet. The kitchen had everything you needed and the AC works great if you need it so no worries in the heat of summer.

Third times a charm!

Psalms of the seas (L10) has everything you need in just about the perfect location. A few min stroll to the beach, pool, and sandy mart. Or a quick zip on the golf cart. We were fortunate to me the owners in person this time around. Pleasant folks. Rodney, Ragina, and Noah are all very responsive and respectful. 9 months and we'll be back for our 4th trip.

Very clean and smelt / felt Covid clean!

The location is in walking distance to beach, store, pool.... so convenient. It is adorable and we came in ready to sanitize all surfaces.... They felt, touching them, like they were spotless. The place had fresh sheets, towels wrapped in plastic, it smelt fresh and disinfected already. I contacted the owners, to let them know we arrived and all is perfect. Regina reached back out to me immediately. This is a perfect peaceful little get away. Thank you

My Stay

Ocean Lakes as a whole is wonderful but the house I stayed in was the worse I’ve ever stayed in. My family have been coming to Ocean Lakes for four years now and have had a great time until now. We had several things wrong with the house as far as bugs being in the bed and bugs in the kitchen. I did contact the manger and he apologized but my child and grandkids were with me and that made it worse. Yes I would come back to Ocean Lakes but Definitely not at this house!!

July 2022 vacation

Property was perfect size for our party of 4. Each daughter had own bedroom and shared a full bathroom. Location was approximately a 3 minute walk to waterpark/Sandy mart area and ocean. Golf cart not needed but renting one from OL was definately a plus for the girls. They enjoyed the nightly parade. The property came equipped with a wii and firestick allowing us to have indoor entertainment during rain or downtime from the water. The Linens provided was a huge plus. Storage space is limited in the two small bedrooms so plan on keeping clothes in a seperate room or in suitcase if you pack for longer than a few days. We definately would rent again and look forward to one day returning to Ocean Lakes.

Cute little house

First and foremost, excellent communication with the owner. When we arrived, the house was dirty, we had to clean dishes and counters to use. Spoke to owner and he immediately refunded the cleaning fee. In the pictures it shows bar stool seating at the counter, there were none. We had 5 people and only 4 chairs. The owner did offer to get some delivered in, we made due. 2 of the bedrooms are very small with no dressers, the pictures didn’t show dressers but one would assume there would be. The bedroom off the kitchen, the mattress should be updated, sags in the center. The location was very nice and ease to all amenities All in all we had a great week and would consider staying again!

Needs improvement

The rental definitely needed some improvements. The only room large enough to move around in was given to our son and daughter-in-law who needed space for a porta crib. My husband and I as well as our adult son and his friend slept in the two areas that had no room for clothes or room to walk around beds. We needed more space and felt that it was misleading to say accommodates 8. There were 6 of us and a baby and it was very cramped. We did enjoy the games available at the rental and there was enough space to store groceries. The rental did have chip crumbs under the table and sand and food crumbs under the couch. Do not think it was cleaned very well but we brought our on cleaning supplies so it ended up being satisfactory for our short stay.

Good Location, Reasonable Price

We stayed as a family of 6. The property was as described and fairly clean. The location is good, easy walking distance to ocean, waterpark and grocery store. The property is equipped with lots of linens and most kitchen necessities. We messaged the host about a couple small issues and the host responded but no one came to address the problems. The property is small but the main feature is its proximity to many park attractions and it is not on the main street therefore quieter at night.
