Was very disappointed ##### RANJINI 2019 年 5 月入住 2 晚 ### 2/10 糟糕 #### 真实旅客 2018 年 10 月 16 日 不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、住宿条件和设施、客房舒适度 최악의 숙박. 룸안에 개미는 물론 바퀴벌레(날아다니는) 엄청 많아요. 모기도 엄청 많아서 룸 앞에 잠깐 앉아 있으면 긴바지를 입었음에도 불구하고 뚫고 물리는 것은 기본, 다리에 10군데 이상 물리고 엄청 땡땡 부어서 고생했어요. 룸과 룸 사이에 하수구 위를 돌로 연결해놨는데 너무 노후되고 오래되서 남편이 뒷문으로 가려고 돌을 밟았는데 돌이 무너져내려 왼쪽다리가 빠지면서 다리 앞 뒤가 돌에 심하게 긁혀 피가 났어요. 직원에게 얘기했더니 리조트 측에 피해보상 규정이 없다며 병원예약과 병원 왕복할수 있는 차만 불러줄수 있다고 하네요. 너무 어이가 없었지만 같은 답변만 계속하길래 그럼 병원 예약과 차를 불러달라 했습니다. 룸에서 대기하고 있는데 일요일이라 병원 문 연곳이 없다며 내일(월요일) 아침 8시에 차로 병원에 데려다 주겠다고 해서 가족여행이라 기분 상하지 않으려고 오케이 했어요. 다음날 아침 8시에 로비로 갔더니 7시30분에 차가 왔다갔다며 다시 부를테니 기다리라고 하더군요. 7시30분에 미리 왔으면 룸으로 전화를 해줘야하는거 아니냐 했더니 다시 불러준다는 대답만... 아무튼 우여곡절 끝에 자비로 병원을 다녀오기는 했네요. 조식도 최악입니다. 빵종류 2개, 과일조각 2\~3개. 물, 쥬스1종류, 커피, 시리얼만 있어요. 우리가 기본적으로 생각하는 조식이 아닙니다. 흔한 계란후라이나 오믈렛도 없어요. 조식을 보니 음식이 어떨지 알거 같아서 난디타운에 나가서 먹거나 숙소에서 간단히 해결했습니다. 수영장도 엄청 작아요. 사진에 속아 예약한거 후회하고 있습니다. 근처에 허허벌판이라 뭘 할수 있는게 아무것도 없구요, 공항에서 우리 가족들 픽업해서 리조트로 데려다주면서 드라이버가 가이드처럼 이거해라 저거해라 해서 짜증났습니다. 아무튼 후기 참고 하시고 조금 더 주더라도 데나나우 쪽으로 예약하시는게 낫습니다. 여행기간중 초반을 망쳐 속상했지만 데나라우쪽 리조트 가서 기분이 좀 나아졌어요. 여기는 별 다섯개중 한개도 주고싶은 마음 없어요. ##### 真实旅客 2018 年 10 月入住 4 晚 ### 10/10 超赞 #### Ned，Sydney 2018 年 9 月 26 日 满意：清洁度、员工和服务、住宿条件和设施、客房舒适度 #### Beautiful peaceful resort Helpful staff, plenty of activities to do such as quad bike, mini golf, popl and horse riding. This is an Indian owned resort and they’re so tight that their continental breakfast includes bread, butter and jam! They’ll charge you extra for everything else. Their menu is the same every day, it’s a horrible and boring fast food menu that’s over priced. The fish and chips we ordered were the left overs of the night before and they reheated it. Fish was so chewy that we didn’t eat it. Dirty table clothes that are reused everyday. The staff are extremely sus, they told us that they don’t know how the safe box works! They don’t offer room service unles you go and ask for it. They don’t even have bins in the bathrooms. No shops in the resort and for anything you need they’d charge you a transfer fee of $60-80 to take you to shops. We were told $60 for return transfers but on our return they demanded $170.00! Please DON’T SUPPORT this place as they treat tourists like baits. During our stay there were only 4 other people and half of them left early. We left 2 nights early even though they don’t refund. Btw the hot water in the showers also last for about 5 mins maximum! Also before you pay the final bill ask for an itemised list because they just add things to charge you. Also please do not be honest about your job when they ask you because they’ll price everything based on how much they think you earn. The mini golf course needed to be swept every day. The pool was a bit murky compared to the clear water at other resorts. The pool slide was fun. The staff are lovely. The workmanship on the bure’s were not of a professional standard. Was a great little place to stay, could use a washing facility for clothes. Staff are really beautiful and are more than welcoming and cater for all your needs. Roads a little rough to get there but i know in time that will be fixed. If i ever go back i am sure to drop i and stay with these lovely people. Very bad For the money we spent it’s not wourthty, the service is very poor, the rooms are big but very bad management the foods are very very bad! Please don’t recommend this hotel to any client you have. They forgot to pick up us from Nadi Airport. Thy confirmed that thy well pick up. The location is beautiful with stunning sunsets every night. Very relaxing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Downsides: Not very many guests, felt weird. Being slightly remote the resort charges for any transport into Nadi or other areas at additional cost (more than a taxi price). Food is not the best but only option without going externally.
