“Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. ”

“Poor customer service It took them 4 HOURS to get us settled in. And we have an infant. All that 4 hours and they gave us dirty rooms. There were stains on the bedsheets, pillows, and bed frame. The towels were stained and dirty. There was dust and hair all over the floor. When we complained at the reception, they didn’t do anything to make it better.
