Top class food both dinner and breakfast . Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I stay around Nantwich/Crewe frequently and this is one of the very best accomodations available for the area and at a sensible price. Accomodation may not be suitable for those requiring special access , best check first. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you the team. External impressions were excellent, obviously well kept. Staff made me feel immediately welcome. Room was excellent with a comfy fresh bed. Our visit coincided with the hottest days of the year which meant we had to sleep with the windows open. Our room \`The Bells\` was at the front of the property which was on a main road which was surprisingly busy from 6.30 am onwards. The windows had thick double glazing and I am sure if we had been able to close them it wouldn\`t have been an issue. After a long drive and days work, I was over the moon to hear on check in that I'd been given a free upgrade to the Badger suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable (the suite is huge!). Staff really friendly. Great food menu and the food was delicious, clearly a popular place to dine. Breakfast in the morning was also yummy. No hot bar food after 9pm was a shame so we made do with the cheese board instead. Bathroom tiny.
