  • Lakefront condo, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, lanai, 2 pools, tennis court, club house, close to beaches on Gulf of Mexico, state park, Everglades, preserves, shopping, restaurants, golf, marina, concert hall, museum. Cathedral ceiling with open floor plan livingroom, dining room, kitchen, dinette. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. There is outdoor furniture on the lanai and a "vacation feeling" attached to the apartment. Wiggins Lakes and Preserve Association (where the property is located) is bordered by the Everglades and the condos are around man-made lakes. The association grounds have beautiful tropical plants. Less than 1/2 hour to Ft. Myers Airport.
