This small hotel was right in the centre, minutes from the metro & a fantastic location for us to explore Naples. It was well maintained and really comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast in room was great, plentiful and very convenient. Staff were helpful & friendly. It was very quiet, despite the central local. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Such an amazing hotel! Absolutely beautiful and ticks every box. The hotel is well located, with easy access to the metro and lots to explore locally. The staff are incredibly helpful (shout out to Youseff for the restaurant recommendations). Included breakfast which was just beautiful. Loved everything and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Beautiful building and interior decoration and the room was big even for 4 people. Warm and welcoming staff who were very helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room earlier than the usual times, which we had requested because we had to leave early. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely exceeded my expectations, my mom and I stayed in room 2 and it was beautiful, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, it felt very safe inside, there were 3 large doors to get through to even get into the hotel all automatically deadbolted when closed, all around a beautiful place with very kind staff! When I was planning my trip in Napoli I was hearing things about how it’s a bit rougher on an area so to have all of these safety precautions made me very comfortable! Would 100% stay again!

Great place - very clean perfect location, beautiful design, very spacious. My family and I (two kids and two adults) stayed for 2 nights. The staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING and brought to you in the room. Great variety and freshly made items (fresh squeezed orange juice, pancakes, organic honey, etc.) Thank you Bruna and team!!

This place was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and also willing to accommodate when our plans didn't match their normal operation. The breakfast was great. You have the ability to customize what is included on top of their standard menu and there is an extra level of relaxation because it's delivered to your room for you to enjoy on your own schedule. The location was great, quiet, but also really close to Spaccanapoli with easy access to many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay, I can't recommend them enough.

Great service, lovely and spacious room. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a smooth check in and check out. Bruna recommended good places to eat and visit. She even helped us book transport to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is room service. It’s very good and lots of options. Angela made great pancakes. Our flight is in the evening. They stored our luggages so we are able to go around the city. We are satisfied with our stay. I highly recommend Accadia Relais.

Stayed two nights at the start of our trip and Accadia Relais set the tone for the whole holiday. With only four suites it’s properly boutique — you feel like a guest in someone’s beautifully restored home rather than a room number in a hotel. They’ve got the balance right that most properties in historic Naples buildings get wrong. The restoration is genuinely beautiful, the original architectural details are still there, but the interiors feel modern and considered rather than fussy or pastiche. It actually works as a place to stay, not just look at. The staff are what make it though. With only four suites, the team know you by name by the second morning, and the welcome was warm without being performative. They were generous with local recommendations — the kind that come from people who actually live in Naples, not a printed list at reception. Location is excellent for the historic centre without being in the thick of the tourist crush. We had two young children with us and the team couldn’t have been more relaxed about it. World class is a phrase I’d usually avoid, but it fits here. Will be back.

The location in the historic centre was excellent - an easy walk to most places as a first time visitor. There's lots of restaurants, convenience stores and a taxi stand nearby. We had the room with a balcony, which was nice to watch the goings on in Naples' busy streets, so there's some noise. You have to carry luggage one flight to make it to the main reception. No elevators from the ground. The front desk is not 24 hours. Most times there was no one staffing the front desk. They're easily reachable by WhatsApp and responded promptly. Wifi was good and the AC was strong. The beds were comfortable and they stocked the fridge everyday. The room had coffee and tea service. You'll need to ask for milk. The safe didn't work for us, but we figured things out. Breakfast was really nice. They served it at 8am, but if you needed it a little earlier, you can ask to make arrangements. We left early a few days for tours and got our breakfast at 7:30am. The rooms are large - we had two levels. If you have any mobility issues, you might find the stairs a bit challenging. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was luxurious - there were jets everywhere! There was lots of room for your toiletries and you could spread things out. For two girls traveling, we have lots of products and the space was nice. Overall, a good choice for the price.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and clean, considering how lively it was outside it is very quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect next to the old city center and we felt very safe. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was top notch. We wish we could have stayed longer. If we come back to Naples we would stay here in a heartbeat!

O hotel tem uma localização excelente. Muito próximo ao centro histórico e a estação de metrô Duomo que facilita muito. As instalações totalmente reformadas, um ambiente lindo e agradável, assim como toda a equipe que nos atendeu super bem. O que eu mais gostei foi o café da manhã que é servido no quarto, tudo muito fresco e delicioso. Com certeza me hospedaria denovo.
