This is an older Hampton, but they are currently remodeling it. It was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was your usual Hampton breakfast. The plug for our phones weren’t working in our first room, but upon learning of it we were moved right away. Love the fresh cookies they have daily 😊. We absolutely adore Naples and Marco Island, we are already planning our next visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Hampton inn in Naples. The staff was very efficient and the rooms were clean. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was pretty. Good lots of different foods from muffins and yogurt to eggs and waffles. Parking was free and the lot was huge! For us it was conveniently located. The hotel’s ambiance really helped making a rather tense situation so much better. I would definitely stay again.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean. The Nordic Track in fitness room were both out of order. The washing machine on the second floor flooded the immediate area around it. I will say the maintenance person attended to it immediately.

We stayed here with our two young children. The staff was friendly, shower was hot, had a crib we could use, staff was friendly, good breakfast, convenient location and coffee available all day long. The room was not great. It smelled like mildew and was humid, so much my book pages were literally warping and clothes left out were even damp. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The tub had rust in it. Found hair that was not ours on multiple towels. The door lock didn’t lock after us so the staff had to replace the batteries. After this was fixed, if you lock the door from the inside and turn the handle from the inside, it does unlock so it’s not safe for small children if you don’t use the deadbolt. The bed frame had a piece of metal that I scraped my leg against multiple times and had to put a towel over it so I didn’t injure myself again or the children.
