Nicely renovated an convient. The free breakfast is filling and brought to you in the common eating area. The windows are (mostly) soundproof which is a big plus. There are some details that lowered the score. You have to arrange to meet somebody to let you in the builing, they are not staffed 24 hrs. The hotel is on the second floor and there is NO ELEVATOR. The wifi is intermittent, they have 4 different gateways and those disconnect constantly, a major frustration. The great part about having soundproof windows is when you open them for some fresh air, it's as if you are right on the sidewalk. The traffic noise is incredibly loud at all hours of the day! Not the hotel's fault, but guests should be prepared for this. Overall I had a good stay, very fairly priced and would reccomend to those want to stay in the historical center of Naples. He is a kind, enthusiastic and helpful host, doing the job temporarily. Beautiful place to stay and extremely accommodating host. We arrived late and the host waited for us to check in, as well as made restaurant recommendations to help us find a late night dinner! We had to depart early for the airport in the morning, and the host had made an extra effort to prepare a vegan breakfast for us.
