Friends Getaway

Lacking kitchen supplies (hot pads, kitchen towels,need more silverware ),unable to use tv without cable, no curtains in living & dining room, clogged bathroom sink, loose kitchen faucet. Could use a mirror in twin beds room. Very clean, comfortable beds,nice location.

Youngest Son Getting Married

Location was perfect, near highway to get to venues and close to shopping center for necessities. That said, home is at dead end in very quiet spot. We used home mostly for sleeping, making breakfast, changing clothes, commuting to venues, and chilling. House was perfect for us. In May, it was too hot to hang out on nice patio. Fabiola was very responsive.

Great find

We very much enjoyed our stay at Faviola's house and would definitely stay here again. The house was clean, very comfortable and had many things that made traveling with kids much easier. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plus it was easy to relax all together on the large couch and the living room is a great set up for families to hang out after a long day in the pool.

Naples Property

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Located on a huge quiet lot the property was accurately listed, and is close to many amenities such as Publix, Walgreens, gas, restaurants etc. within 15 minutes to beach, 5th Ave. very easy to get around. It is very clean and Fab was quick to respond to any questions. There were (3) couples in our group and we were very satisfied.

The property was great and worked well for our family. Communication was excellent!! The reason i could not give a 5 star was because of 2 things- 1 is the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up to the heat of the Florida weather. The bedrooms were warm at night, we closed the living room vents trying to get more air in the bedrooms and this seemed to work. 2- the fact that we were not prepared for the desire to not use the toilet for the paper but the trash can. we were informed it was due to septic tank. i really don't understand this being we have septic tank as well as most of family in Naples have a septic tank. Overall, the reason we stayed here versus other places was the communication and the availability of a port a crib. The pool was a great refresher for the hot weather.The house was well stocked and felt very homey!

Great place with a good atmosphere!

We had a great time staying here and it had everything we needed to cook and relax during our stay. The majority of the beds were quite stiff, but they worked for us.

Naples Golf

It fit our needs very well. Close to our golf courses and to nice restaurants. Couple of small maintenance issues but overall we were very pleased. The patio and grill area were great with privacy.
