Welcome to our condo just a few minutes from the world famous 5th Avenue and Third Street in downtown Naples, and the white sandy beaches. Close by, you also have access to popular Tin City and Bayfront, and the abundance of dining, shops and activities in the area.

Walk to attractions or take the complimentary shuttle to/from the beach & downtown Naples!

Fantastic for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, professional nomads, and families with children.

Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is included along with a big-screen smart TV in the living room and flat screen smart TV’s in both bedrooms. Log in to your favorite streaming service (Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, etc) to enjoy your favorite shows in your home-away-from-home!

You’ll love to relax in this spacious first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, just a few steps to the pools and all resort amenities. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and much more – perfect for making home-cooked meals!

The master bathroom includes a spacious shower and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, and hair dryers are available in both bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit.

This is a true resort experience! Resort fees are paid directly to the Resort upon check-in and cover everyone in the reservation. These fees are as follows:

- May 1st to October 31st = Administration fee of $100 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $40 + tax per day
- November 1st to April 30th = Administration fee of $200 (one time fee) and Daily resort fee of $50 + tax per day

For stays 30 days to 6 months, the fee will be $750 plus the administration fee.

A great Spring Break!

Fun Vacation at Naples Bay Resort
We enjoyed a fun two weeks at Naples Bay Resort. Our condo unit was very clean (which is a top priority for us), the unit was well stocked, and the owners were attentive to our needs. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed being in walking distance to Tin City and 5th Ave. along with the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods, and the shuttle to the many good restaurants on 3rd Ave. as well as the beach (providing chairs, umbrella and towels) was an added plus!

Such Comfort!
My husband and I jumped down to Naples for a quick getaway. This condo was so comfortable and clean! It is well stocked, located close to downtown Naples and on a small resort that offers everything you could want. We had terrible weather but still enjoyed our vacation as we drove around to get to know the area. We were alway happy to get back to the condo as it felt like home!

Relaxing Family Getaway
We spent a week with our 4 year old and newborn and the condo served us perfectly. The access to the pool was very close by and a lot of fun for our preschooler to play safely for hours while still having quick access to the unit for the baby. Unto was well appointed with all needed amenities and very well located too, close to main roads, downtown, and beaches…everything we were looking for!

We just returned from a amazing vacation at this property. The resort was amazing. The location of the cottage was perfect. Very close to the pool. The cottage was very clean and wonderful. Fantastic location for adults and kids
The condo beds were very comfortable and the condo was in a great location. Close to downtown, boats, and golf. It was attached to a Tennis/Pool club with a lazy river, waterfall and adult swimming area. The tennis courts were amazing. The pool towels, tennis and workout room were all included in the resort fee. The staff were super friendly. The spa treatments were amazing. Our family agreed it was one of our best Christmas vacations (even though the beaches were closed due to the hurricane cleanup)

Perfect Naples Vacation
The condo we stayed at was beautiful with Floridian decor and had all of the amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was better than we ever experienced. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the screened in private lanai. The resort has wonderful pools and a hot tub. We ordered food from the outside restaurant and the food was exceptional. We took the complimentary shuttle to the beach and 5th Street shopping area. Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella were provided with the shuttle. We had such a pleasant experience that we highly recommend a stay at this Condo and Resort. Thank you to Raquel and Brad, Owners of this Condo for a pleasant stay!

We loved it here!
We loved it here! We have a 14 month old and almost 3 year old and this place was great for us. It was the best of both worlds for us having resort like amenities like the nice zero depth pool, restaurant on site, gym and beach shuttle while also having a full condo and space for the kids. The condo was fully stocked and clean. We had a great stay and plan on coming back again.

This condo is well-appointed, comfortable and in an excellent location within the resort property. The Naples Bay Club is a beautiful resort, with lovely amenities and a very accommodating staff. The proximity to Old Naples is an added bonus. The owners and property manager are wonderful to work with...we'd definitely book this condo again!
