"There was no human at the desk. A virtual check-in, which we'll never do again. A guy on a screen. Our room door waa jammed - guess what, no human at the desk to help with that. Guests screaming at the pool and in the hallways long after the pool was closed - guess what - no human to do anything about it. Never again. Awful hotel!!! No humans = no actual customer service!!"
