Great location, within a 15-minute walk to all major attractions. The environment is very clean, and the accommodation is spacious with beautifully designed rooms. The internet is fast and convenient! Overall, it was an excellent stay and highly recommended!

A lovely room with all mod cons in a good location - great value for money. High quality bedding and top spec bathroom. Small fridge and safe for personal items very helpful. Use of codes for doors a challenge at first - a more personal on site welcome would have helped. In contrast, wonderful check out and goodbye in the morning. Also, lingering smell from drains on day 2 - possibly beyond their control.

The property and room was great and organisation of the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was good. Matteo was a great host, very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a lot of noise from street level which made it difficult to sleep - perhaps better soundproofing would be good.

Room is beautiful and very close to museums and subway. Check-in only available until 2pm, and we arrived later. It was difficult to get responses from the hotel regarding instructions to access the room. Stressful.

Im grossen und ganzen ist es sehr gut wenn man bedenkt das man in einer Millionen Stadt ist und in einem sehr belebten Viertel. Metro ganz in der Nähe, Geschäfte und Waschsalon alles in gehdistanz. Das einchecken ist etwas speziell aber okay das Zimmer sehr gross und Komfortabel.

Wir waren im Juli für drei Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft. Unser hübsches und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer war zum Hinterhof gelegen und absolut ruhig und sauber. Hat uns gut gefallen, nur die Klimaanlage hätte etwas besser kühlen können... Die Lage der Unterkunft ist echt prima, in kurzer Entfernung befindet sich die Metro-Station Museo. Ansonsten ist das Centro Storico auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück bot neben den typischen italienischen Süßspeisen (Kuchen Marmelade, Honig...) auch Joghurt, Käse, Salami und Schinken mit Toast. Giuseppe ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar die Koffer am letzten Tag nach dem Auschecken noch bis zu unserer Abreise unterstellen. Die Unterkunft können wir absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sie auch jederzeit wieder buchen.
