I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was well taken care of and all the basic necessities were always there. The staff was very helpful and kind. It’s kind of like staying at a Naples apartment complex your part of the neighborhood and that’s a good thing. I had a great stay in Naples. It’s a beautiful city with beautiful people with plenty to do in the area. Coffee shop is right downstairs. The train station is just a walk up the street it’s a great city. Thank you very much and maybe one of these days I will return for another visit.

The staff was friendly and proactive about messaging us before our arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC didn’t work super well but it’s a historic older building so that’s to be expected. The toilet seat wasn’t very secure and the button to flush kept breaking but we were able to fix it. The terrace was nice & private, although it is quite noisy in this area. Overall, it was a solid place to stay overnight and the close proximity to the train station was really convenient. Thank you!

The check in can be handled remotely. Convenient but noisy location. Most of the flats in this building are B&B accommodations, and apparently the visitors can't figure out the ancient elevator. Be prepared to walk up 6 flights because someone hasn't closed the interlock doors properly. The room itself was fine. One of the lamps didn't work and the batteries for the TV remote control needed to be replaced. But it was close to the station. Very basic shrink-wrapped breakfast options.

I would have given this place a good rating overall & the staff were great facilitating an early check in, however upon leaving I discovered that all the spare change I’d left in my bag to pay for the shuttle back the airport had been taken. My bag never left the room after check in, so the only explanation is that somebody has gone through my things & taken it, so that’s obviously extremely disappointing & I’m just thankful it was just spare change & I hadn’t left anything more valuable in the room

Decent hotel with fair price to stay at this 5th floor renovated hotel. Breakfast is fair with break, spreads juices, cereal, milk, annd crackers. The walls are thin, not a good place to share top secrets. However, it is nicely set up. The difficulty is attempting to access this location. It is hidden behind a big brown door that houses other units. Also, be sure to contact the manager or else you may find yourself waiting a long time to enter. One negative is that the description Says there is on site laundry. This is false, this needs to be changed. Overall, considering the fair price, I would give it 7.5/10

The staff are excellent - very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very clean - and the AC worked very well! The area around is not great. There are many places to eat, get coffee, ice cream etc. We walked to a great little restaurant nearby but it’s just a bit trafficky and unattractive. Great deal and metro is super close so overall a great place!

In a residential block so get the Italian life experience, my room was facing the courtyard so did not get noise of traffic. Lift is narrow and exterior entrance can be challening as portal is small. Do not like the non full time reception but staff was helpful when there. 10 mins walk to train station with lots of cheap dining options nearby. Not too touristy, gritty but feels safe. Open kitchen compensates for no kettle in the room.

Je n’ai pas aimé le quartier et l’immeuble où se trouve l’appartement. L’ascenseur est minuscule et ancien, l’immeuble est assez sombre. Dans l’appartement il y avait une mouche, bien que propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier lui même n’est pas approprié à une femme seule, donc je suis partie ailleurs! Pas d’accueil sur place, tout se fait par téléphone et par code, bien que l’interlocuteur est sympathique… Donc gardez votre téléphone chargé sinon vous ne pouvez pas entrer.

Nous avons finalement dû partir. J’étais avec ma fille et l’emplacement de cette auberge se trouve dans une partie de la ville qui m’a semblé plus difficile et où je ne me sentais pas en sécurité. Je pense que l’endroit peut davantage convenir à des hommes, à des voyageurs en moto ou à des personnes qui sont à l’aise dans ce type de quartier. L’appartement était sobre, la propreté était correcte, mais l’ensemble ne nous a pas mises à l’aise. L’ascenseur, notamment, est une petite cage métallique, et il n’y avait pas de coffre-fort. J’ai décidé de ne pas rester, car je ne me voyais pas sortir le soir avec ma fille pour aller au restaurant. J’ai d’ailleurs rencontré une autre Québécoise qui voyageait avec sa fille et qui avait elle aussi décidé de quitter son hébergement dans le secteur de la gare. J’avais réservé deux nuits. Le propriétaire n’a pas accepté de rembourser la nuit non utilisée et nous a même fait payer la taxe de séjour pour cette journée. Il aurait pu faire un effort. Je ne dis pas qu’il ne faut pas y aller, mais simplement que cet endroit n’est pas pour tout le monde. A neighbourhood not suitable for two women. For more details, please read the full review.
