Lovely small hotel. Elevator. Room and bathroom both very nice. Wonderful part of town. Bus 128 will take you to the ocean front. Piazza Amadeus Metro station is steps away from the hotel. Very safe for older solo female traveler.

Great location

Spacious clean room, great location convenient for everything. The room is advertised as having air conditioning, but in the beginning of May we were told it’s too early to turn it on. Indeed the weather was pleasant enough, but the street is too noisy to sleep with an open window, it’s impossible. You have nice quality windows to stop the noise, you must allow aircon so people can make use of them. Would be 10 out of 10 otherwise.

Very charming cute little hotel in a great quiet laid back area of Napoli. The hotel is right next to a metro station which made it very easy to navigate around the area with the hotel as a base. It was a little confusing finding it though when arriving as one would think that the hotel is the entire building shown in the listing pictures, but it only encompasses the 4th floor of the building. The staff was very nice & incredibly helpful, even booking an early morning taxi for us to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer, sogar mit abgetrenntem Sitzbereich und Blick über die Dächer des Viertels bis zum Meer. Morgens bekamen wir Frühstück ins Zimmer, das Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt. Chiaia ist etwas ruhiger als die Innenstadt, aber es gibt tolle Restaurants und Bars und die U-Bahn war nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (1-2 Sationen zum Zentrum und direkte Anbindung nach Pompeji).

Limpeza surpreendente

Quarto muito bom, bastante amplo e confortavel. Excelente limpeza, uma grata surpresa! Foi possivel fazer nosso checkin pouco tempo antecipado, facilmente. Chegamos em um domingo e como o predio é residencial e comercial, sua porta de acesso estava fechada, nao sabíamos se estavamos no local correto pq nao tinha ninguem na entrada. Alguem de repente abriu a porta principal sem falar conosco e nao haviamos nos atentado que o hotel fica no 4o andar, por isso ficamos procurando aonde deveriamos ir. Sugiro colocar informações gerais logo no piso terreo, mas isso nao foi um problema. Tem servicos, mas a aparencia é de airbnb, oq tbm nao foi um problema.

Netjes, schoon, uitstekende locatie

We hebben met 2 kinderen (17 en 14 jaar) overnacht in het Pinto Storey Hotel (4 nachten). Het is een heerlijk rustig hotel in een goede buurt, 3 minuten lopen van het metro station 'Piazza Amedeo'. Er zijn voldoende restaurants in de buurt. De kamers zijn ruim en keurig netjes. Het is prettig dat er een minibar in de kamer aanwezig is. De kamer van de kinderen was iets kleiner maar ruim genoeg.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach kurzen Problemen mit der Einstellung der Klimaanlage konnte uns geholfen werden und das Zimmer war angenehm.
