We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, and we were lucky to get one with two balconies, which was such a nice bonus. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. Daniel and the rest of the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

The staff was great, he was so helpful and even helped with our luggage. The room and view was also ok, however the bathroom just felt a bit dated, and the floors were like prison floors lol. The door was also a bit see-thru so people can see you doing your business. It was fine for our one night stay before we flew home but definitely looks more modern and updated in photos than IRL.

Está situado en pleno centro histórico, muy bullicioso, el hotel está bien, no tan bonito como en las fotos, las habitaciones les hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, la regadera no se iba bien el agua, y había hormiguitas en el cuarto

Excellent location, within walking distance to the train station, Spanish quarter, old town and local amenities. The property had everything we needed. The room itself was a bit on the small side, however the balcony was a great addition for us. Staff were very friendly. The rooms were sound proof from the traffic. Bed was squeaky though, but comfortable.

I just want to start by saying the negative reviews although not a reason to not book, were concerning. However, from the moment we were picked up by our private driver, we were THOROUGLY impressed with the experience! We arrived early and were able to check-in extremely early, instead of just dropping our bags off. Once inside the room, it was beautifully updated and extremely comfortable. We didn't spend much time there because we explored all day and night and I was there to run the marathon, but the time we did spend was great! Regarding amenities or hotel features: - The elevator is sketchy but works (for the most part). It's small and old, but it works sometimes! - The bathroom did have some mold in the corners and crevices, which made for a lackluster experience but the bathroom was also very updated and the additional amenities stocked on the shelves was a nice addition. - The sound proofing in the rooms was non-existent. You could hear everything... the city noise and the hotel noise came through but it wasn't too crazy. - On our last day, our flight was at 8:00p, we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel until the early afternoon before we headed to the airport. Which was a very NICE amenity. Overall, again - very pleased with the experience. There were a few things that left much to be desired but we enjoyed our stay

Nicely appointed rooms and a really good location close to the old town, port and transport hubs. Comfy beds and good size rooms. Bath in the bedroom is not to our personal taste but I know is very popular these days. The breakfast was good and there was a good quantity. You order it the night before as the breakfast room is v small. I think for longer stays you might struggle with the variety. Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely old apartment building so you get an experience as well as a good nights rest.

Great place!

Fabulous B&B on the 3rd floor of a historical building. Great location - easy walk up into the historical center, easy walk from the central train station. Room was large, elegent, clean and super comfortable. Great AC and lovely bathroom. Daniel and Michael were lovely and helpful. Naples is a super interesting city; highly recommend.
