***This house is a great place for small celebrations but we do not allow large parties. The maximum capacity is 12 people for gatherings.

The house is 2-stories and has been professionally decorated and designed. The combination of the double lot and numerous windows allow ample, natural light, into the home. Upon entering the home you will be greeted with a small foyer to kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. The open floor plan greets you right around the corner with an open kitchen, dining , and living room. There is a large 65” Samsung 4k HD Smart TV in the living room for your use. You might even be inspired to cook after dining out in Naples using the fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware if you would like to prepare a meal yourself. After dinner, enjoy your private oasis, wind down, and relax in the large covered lanai by the pool. The south facing pool makes it ideal for lots of sun and a warm pool but should you want it warmer it can be heated for additional fee. There is a large dining table which has plenty of space to enjoy a group meal with seating for 8, and 4 barstools at the large island.

Guests are able to sleep in 5 bedrooms as well as the office with a luxurious designer pull out sofa. On the main floor, there are 3 en-suites with King Size Beds, each boosting their own 55 inch Samsung 4k HD Smart TV, an additional room with 2 Twin Beds, and a private office that can be converted to another bedroom with an exquisite designer sofa bed. There is an additional full bath on the main level. There is an additional en-suite with Queen bed off the pool lanai.

Walk up the stairs to find a private sitting area with a 55inch Samsung 4k HD Smart TV for lounging. Then step into the luxurious Primary Suite with a custom walk in closet, dual vanities, large shower and soaking tub. Enjoy the sunrise and sip on coffee from the balcony overlooking the pool in the covered lanai.

Guests of all ages will enjoy some of our favorite family board and card games that have been provided for your enjoyment. The garage has been converted into a table tennis room for added fun. The garage also has cornhole, beach toys, chairs, umbrella and cooler to enhance your beach experience.
