Completely renovated, with a new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, stunning bathrooms and spacious closets. WiFi and one assigned parking space are included. Property is located in a safe and quiet, gated community in the center of Naples, minutes away from the beach, downtown, shopping, and restaurants. This is fully furnished, turnkey ready condo.

No pets allowed. No smoking inside the apartment. Naples Bath and Tennis Academy offers private memberships. All utilities and Internet are included. This is seasonal price - Jan through April.

Excellent stay in Naples, Florida

We love the place we stayed in. It was a very comfortable and pristine place. It was close to stores and restaurants. The place had everything including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Maja was an excellent host, always quick to respond to our emails. Overall, we very much enjoyed our March break vacation in Naples. We would not hesitate to rent the place again should we visit Naples in the future.

Away from winter weather

Our condo was very clean and newly decorated. We were told that we did not need to do any cleaning before we left the property and this would be completed by their cleaning staff. We hated to leave when our time to leave came around. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo

Maja was wonderful ! He responded to our questions immediately. This condo was beautiful . The pictures do not do it justice . It looks newly renovated . Super clean . Well stocked . Easy check in and check out . Beds are comfortable . Walking distance to coffee shop and strip mall. I would recommend this place!

First night

We arrived early evening and much to our dismay the air wasn't working. I contacted our host and she was wonderful. She had the property manager stop by to check first. The experts had to be scheduled. The host was able to schedule the repair for first thing in the morning. She was very professional and kept me apprised of the situation. All fixed by 9am the next day. Loved the neighborhood as my husband and I walk every day. Very peaceful and quiet.
