Brand-new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully-furnished house for the 2020 summer season! Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals are required from June 27 to September 5, 2020\. With one king bed, three queen beds, a double bed, and twin bunk beds, this home comfortably sleeps 12+ guests. Enjoy your days under the sun and playing at the beach, and then return to this beautiful house & wash off in the outdoor shower & relax on the front porch or back patio. Summer rentals are going fast!! • Off-street parking for five vehicles • Fully furnished • Central A/C • Outdoor shower • Open-concept living with generously sized kitchen and new stainless steel appliances • Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom • Washer and dryer Prime location in a quiet neighborhood in the Narragansett Pier and ideally situated at the end of a dead-end street. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants such as Crazy Burger, The Bike Stop Café, PJ’s Pub, The Pier Washtub and more. Located ½ mile from the ocean wall and a short walk to Narragansett Town Beach. Local attractions include URI (University of Rhode Island), Newport, Narragansett, Providence, Block Island, Point Judith, Westerly and more. There is an apartment over the garage on the property. There is no access to the house from the space over the garage or vice versus. There is a completely separate entrance to the space over the garage located on the far right side of the garage and away from the house. There is no shared yard space for the garage and house. The yard, porch and patio are dedicated to the house and for use of those renting the house only. The property is designed so the yard and patio space are in the rear and on the side of the house and exclusive to the house guests. There are five dedicated parking spaces for the house and two separate dedicated spaces for the garage on the right side of the garage. If interested in renting the apartment for the same dates as the house, please reach out for details. The Town of Narragansett has noise and public nuisance ordinances. The noise level must be kept below 55 dBA between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Noise levels that exceed this level and outdoor gatherings between the hours of 10pm and 7am will not be tolerated. For any violation, the Town of Narragansett Police Department will issue penalties in the form of a fine of not less than $400.00 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days.
