Excellent for a brief stay, we needed 1 night in Madrid and this was perfect, VERY central and nice and clean and quiet. The lady that showed us round was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

This is an excellent boutique style hotel with excellent rooms and great food. We had lunch and breakfast and both were amazing. The highlight for me were the staff and management....will be back!

Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.
