Nashville is growing at a quick rate. There may be some construction happening near the home. We do not supply propane for the grill. There may be some leftover from a previous guest.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. No Local guests are allowed to book this house.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee and do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential neighborhood please respect the neighbors!

All street parking is FREE. Additional parking is located in the back alley behind the home. Your vehicle must be pulled onto the concrete pad behind our home, do not block the alley so other cars can drive thru.
