Summary:
Double Deck books as one VRBO reservation for two side-by-side homes, one Nashville-themed and one HOWDY-themed, each with its own rooftop deck. Reserve now for football weekends and fall festival season in Nashville.
• Sleeps 24 across 8 bedrooms and 12 beds
• 8 bathrooms, one per bedroom
• Two private rooftop decks with skyline views and photo-op backdrops
• Shared garage doubles as a game room with ping pong
• Two full kitchens and living rooms, one per home
• Nashville and HOWDY themed decor throughout
The Space:
With two full homes under one VRBO reservation, this stay solves the biggest headache of group travel: everyone gets their own bedroom, their own bathroom, and nobody is stuck on an air mattress. Each home sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms, with an extra queen sofa bed, twin pullout chair, and full daybed in the main living space for late arrivals or extra kids.
Home one leans into a Nashville theme, with cowboy hat wall decals, guitar decor, and 'Nashville' neon signs and posters running through its bedrooms. Home two goes HOWDY-themed down to a HOWDY shower curtain in one of its bathrooms, so the two sides feel distinct even though the room layouts match.
Both homes include a Bunk Room built for kids and teens, with twin bunk beds and a queen bunk stacked in for extra sleeping room without crowding the other bedrooms.
Picture the group spending the day downtown, then splitting between two rooftop Outdoor Lounges for grilled dinners and sunset drinks under neon signs and hedge walls, one reading 'Nashville has my heart', with plenty of photo-op backdrops before everyone heads back to their own home to actually get some sleep.
That day-to-night rhythm, downtown by day, rooftop at sunset, quiet bedrooms at night, is what makes this VRBO property work so well for longer group trips.
