“Great location very large rooms with full equipped kitchen”

“The room was super clean and the bed was the most comfortable on our trip. The staff was super friendly. The parking was easy to find and it’s convenient.”

“Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again.”

“We usually love splash magic. However this visit was not as great as other visits. First thing was they still have bingo listed as an activity. But they don’t do it anymore. Secondly the water slides were down a lot. Thirdly the adult hot tub is no longer in use. Fourthly every time my grandkids went to play mini golf (4 different times) there was no one there working. The snack bar by the pool was closed for hours yesterday to clean the fryer. I thought that should be done when it’s not open……

“The rooms were clean, and the A/C was cold. The bathroom had no vent, and the coffee had alot, and I mean alot, of grounds in it. But the staff was nice, breakfast was ok, and the fre chocolate xhip cookies was a cool thing!”

“Our overnight stay was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and clean. Nice fridge with small freezer. Breakfast area was a little messy, spilt syrup on counters and floor. Very convenient to highway. Aldi and other stores near by.”

“We came for a family reunion and wanted a place w a pool. The staff are excellent friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough about how amazing they were.”

“The property was impeccable! Every detail was thought of. There was free water bottles every day, an excellent breakfast served daily and 2 wonderful restaurants to chooses from! We would definitely return again!!”

“I paid for a room with a king bed. When I arrived no king bed was available and the staff said the rooms with king beds weren’t cleaned. (It was 11pm) I was still charged the same amount”

“The place was clean but my room location wasn’t that great. It was almost underground with no view of anything and the room was super small with very outdated furniture. The staff was nice.”

“Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward.”

“Bed was comfortable. Room was clean but none of our 3 rooms had enough towels or pillows for the number of registered guests. Check in was efficient but not overly friendly.”
