This caused so much confusion and frustration for our trip because we had to find some place to stay at midnight. This is extra frustrating since our stay was booked well in advance. "

"New building with wonderful amenities. The unit was nicely furnished, clean, and had wonderful ocean views. At the time it lacked window shades, which made for intense early morning light, but after speaking with the manager they agreed to install them for future guests. "

"No bed spread in 2nd bedroom. Only one key fob, we were 2 guests. They told us to contact you for 2nd fob and you never responded to the messages from us or from VRBO. A small coffee maker would be nice and newer towels. Overall the place was good the front desk guy was amazing. Clean up your communication and add a few amenities and it's great place to stay."
