I really liked this area because of the hospitality mainly, the area nearby many restaurants, shopping and transportation. There’s even a pool on the top floor that wasn’t used much plus a weight room. I definitely would return.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel in a Prime Location
We had a fantastic stay at Alteza Polanco! The hotel is beautifully maintained, quiet, and located in one of Mexico City’s most upscale neighborhoods. It was the perfect base for exploring Polanco and nearby attractions.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well cared for.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the overall service exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, boutique-style experience in CDMX with excellent service and location, Alteza Polanco is a great choice.
