My family and I stayed here for a week, other then the poorly functioning air conditioning the only other complaint I have was that the floor was very sticky and the spot that was sticky was never cleaned even after house keeping supposedly came in to clean the room daily. That spot never got cleaned we slept in the heat every night because the ac never really worked. Overall it was okay if I came to Mexico City again I would not stay here. The other thing was that there was a large group of private school kids staying at the same Time as us, we could hear them playing music loudly and laughing and screaming all hours of the night.

AC didn’t work in my 12 floor suite! They quickly tried to fix it and eventually moved me to a smaller suite. Everything about the hotel was really cool.

The only thing I had an issue with was that the room was hot. We only had one key card and that card had to be placed in a slot to keep the electricity on, which included the window unit. So when we would get to our room after a long day the room was hot and stuffy. And it really never cooled off.

Very convenient location. Many places of interest were close by. The staff were very helpfull and many staff members spoke english. Parking was in a separate building, but there was always someone available to bring my car or get when needed and at no charge, just a tip from me was sufficient but not necessary

The hotel room was not like advertise on Expedia. Very small room I even paid for the upgrade and it was not as expected. Very disappointed. I paid for the breakfast included and it was not good at all. On our second nite the AC went out in our room. We had no Ac for 3 hours. Very sad situation.
