We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. "8 adults & 4 kids from 15-6 stayed for a week in Taastrup. We loved the place and enjoyed easy access to the S train to get into Copenhagen and local shopping. As a group, we all enjoyed the outdoor table and bedroom layout and the kids loved the indoor play area and hot tub. A point of interest is that it's near the train tracks and so when we were outside we heard trains going by. It did NOT effect sleeping unless we had windows open and overall it was not a complaint - just a reality we were surprised by. Taastrup is 25 minutes from Copenhagen Central station by S train. It was not a factor for us and the trip to/from each day went quickly. Being near the end of the line meant we always had seats going into the city.The home is secluded and we really enjoyed the privacy and appropriateness for our family of all ages. I texted Ulrik a couple times and he responded in a timely fashion. They were gracious and accommodating hosts. Overall, we'd return in a heartbeat and our kids wish we'd do it again. "

"Wittrup motel was great. Good option for cheaper accommodation near Copenhagen with free parking. I had no car, but public transportation was easy with 123 or 141 bus and i loved being on the green B line, excellent access to everything. Good restaurant on premises, but also try fantastic Turkish restaurant across the street, Mina Etliekmek. Rooms spare but clean and bathrooms modern. "

"This house was the perfect size for our group (10 people). Beautiful grounds and view of the sea from the living areas and master BR. Large kitchen worked well for cooking for a large group. Lovely winter walks on the beach. Easy walking distance to a bus stop which was a short ride to the train station. Excellent service provided by the host."
