The room and property was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just not a homie place. It felt like a place where a lot of conferences were held.

The property had a lot of little sitting areas making it a great place to unwind. Also the breakfast was very good with many choices. It isn't located near restaurants, so a car is useful.

Sent to the basement.Room very small, stuffy,noisy and dark. Small bathroom, plastic curtains shower, clocked sink, dirty toilet.NO WIFI, NO AIRCO, NO VIEW. No help from the staff.

This hotel is located in a quiet suburban area. The room is comfortable and doesn't feel cramped like older European hotels. The breakfast was good with reasonable options. The bar area was nice for having a cocktail.

This property was located in a nice area. The food was good and the rooms were clean. Some mini concerns that are really American based concerns. No air conditioning. We got a family room and thought it came with two beds they were small. The bed didn’t come with covers just a duvet, no fridge and no microwave. Water pressure was low, not looking for a lot but just some power. Again American expectations but not anything breakable to give the hotel a bad review. The staff were friendly and amazing. Definitely be prepared for extra costs. They charge for a printed receipt, customs/immigration may ask for this. I got ann extended stay for 2 hours and paid an extra 200kr for. Plus they accept Discover and American Express. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The location is great. The hotel is nice. The problem is that we could only get dinner in the bar. Sunday we could not get any dinner and the bar was closed.

Always high quality

Have stayed at this conference style hotel many times - both for business and for pleasure. Tranquil and beautiful location with views of the fjord. Interior no nonsense nordic style. Exceptional food quality, the breakfast buffet for starters - is a testament to Danish high-end produce.

Absolutely amazing stay! My boyfriend and I stayed for one night because of Roskilde Festival (we're just too old to camp) but we're slightly concerned because of the placement away from the festival site. But no worries! A shuttlebus from hotel to festival ran every hour. Amazing service. Overall, Roskilde Comwell is an amazing hotel. Incredibly friendly staff, super clean rooms, great breakfast. Recommend!

The most beautiful stay at this property. It was much better than I could have imagined. The view of the fjord was breathtaking each morning. The family room was spacious and private. The breakfast was exceptional with smoked salmon and fresh smoothie. I honestly was not ready for this stay to end. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

Okay hotel for a one-night stay. Location is a bit away from center of sights, but Roskilde is small so it's not too impactful, but you definitely need a car! Breakfast was average, with not too many choices.

To the Viking Ship Museum just up the street from the hotel for a tour and sailing on one of the reproduction ships. So worth the visit and an awesome hotel to stay at.

Our family quandraple room was spacious and comfy and we loved the breakfast and the facilities. The only minor issue was if you are charging your car, the hotel chargers don't show up on the map and we wasted an hour of our time on this. Clearly needs some instructions on the parking bays.

Dejlige værelser og gode senge

Dejlige senge og værelset var rent og pænt. Flot udsigt og dejligt man kunne åbne et vindue. Vi mangler et sted til affald på værelset. Men er godt klar over det er en del af konceptet, at det skal tages ud med det samme. Lidt flere bøjler i skabet. Ellers meget fint.

Alt i alt en god oplevelse og flotte omgivelser

Vi synes alt i alt at det var et godt ophold i de to overnatninger vi havde på hotellet. Servicen var god og imødekommende ved forskellige behov, fx da vi havde behov for gluten- og mælkefri kost var der fine alternativer til det meste. Udvalget af morgenmad var flot og lækkert. Det var også muligt at få udskiftet hovedpuden til en anden uden problemer. Det var også smart med tv’et der kun sættes til at streame ens egne apps uden større udfordringer. Skulle vi nævne lidt øv ved værelset skulle det være, at toiletbrættet sad lidt løst og at det var svært at styre varmen via “termostaten” på væggen. Så det blev noget køligt om aftenen/natten, men heldigvis var det et par lune nætter. Alt i alt et godt besøg og det er ikke umuligt, at vi vender tilbage en anden gang. Det ligger nemlig også flot oppe på bakken for enden af vejen.
