"This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Delhi Airport as well as to the New Delhi train station. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just one night before continuing on to other parts of Delhi."

Rooms were small

I had a very disappointing experience at The Elevate Hotel in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The bath towels looked more like old cleaning rags—very rough, heavily used, and far from the clean white towels one would expect from a hotel. The airport pickup service was also poorly managed. I had to call the hotel myself, and they informed me that they could not contact me because I had an international phone number. They then asked whether I had WhatsApp. In the end, I had to arrange and pay for my own taxi to the hotel. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on the dining experience. However, the bathroom was not up to acceptable standards, and the surrounding neighborhood was also not particularly appealing. For a hotel charging around $60 per night, I found the amenities and overall experience to be very substandard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
