Ideally located between Destin and Pensacola, Navarre is a hidden paradise on the Gulf. This home has all the extras and upgrades including travertine tile floors, granite countertops, built in beverage cooler, high ceilings, updated bedding, internet, flat screen TVs, and of course, the oceanfront view. The house is updated continuously, and we take pride in making sure our home offers all the amenities needed to make our guests feel at home. The main level boasts an expansive great room with a large sectional and an 82” TV. The TV is equipped with YouTube TV so you won't have to miss the gorgeous sunset to watch your favorite show. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors provide a fantastic view of the beach and access to a large patio with plenty of room to kick back, relax and watch the waves. The deck is equipped with a loveseat, coffee table, two chairs, and two outdoor loungers for soaking in the rays. A gas grill is available for grilling the perfect dinner. At the bottom of the stairs is a walkway to the white sandy beach and green water of the Emerald Coast. The home is directly on the beach. The boardwalk, stairs, porch tile and landing are new. The dining room table seats eight and has two additional chairs at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances along with many useful kitchen items such as a Keurig coffee machine, a nespresso machine, griddle, crockpot, etc. There is also a half bath on the main level. The second master bedroom is located on this level and has a king bed, full size dresser, 37-inch TV, and its own full bath with tile shower. A hair dryer has been added to this bath to allow for lighter packing. This room has a view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The primary master bedroom is on the upper level and has an amazing ocean view. It has a king bed, full size dresser, and 42-inch TV. The balcony has two chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. The spacious bathroom has a tile shower, separate tub and views of the Gulf and was completely remodeled in January 2022\. A hair dryer is available below one of the two sinks. This room has a large walk-in closet, and the pack-and-play is also stored in this closet. The upper level has two other bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds. These rooms share a full bath. The queen room has a 37-inch TV and the kids' room has a 26-inch TV. Also on this level is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a small desk area. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and portable fans. The lower-level garage is unfinished to house all your beach toys. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys to allow for a wonderful time on the beach along with a commercial- grade beach umbrella to shade you from the sun. Chairs, umbrella and toys need to be brought in every night as the beach patrol will remove anything left on the beach overnight. Wireless broadband Internet access, national long distance phone calls and YouTube TV are complimentary. To ensure that the property is maintained for the next guest, we do not accommodate pets, wedding parties or groups larger than 6 adults and 4 children. NO PETS - there will be a $750 fee assessed if pets are found in the house. Check in time is 4:00 pm central time or later. The thermostat is locked at 72 degrees during the summer to avoid AC issues. Recycle day is Friday and garbage day is Saturday so we require all guests roll out trash cans the night before to ensure that the next guests have room for their trash. Your dream vacation awaits. It was easy to find and having use of the garage was a huge plus. With a door out the back leading right to the deck and pathway to the beach, we never had to bring anything sandy into the house. There's also a rinse shower & hose out back. Very convenient and well thought out. The stretch of beach was absolutely perfect! Right out the back door and onto the walkway, we went from house to sand in a minute. It's a less crowded area, which was great for our family and friends group with younger children. The garage has beach toys and accessories, which we took full advantage of (another great touch). At night, the kids chased ghost crabs and the adults enjoyed one of the most memorable night skies we've seen. It was paradise! The house itself was perfect as well! From the moment we went up the stairs, we were wowed. Very clean, all appliances were in perfect working order, and the house is big and open. The pictures don't quite do it justice! Phenomenal master bedroom with a private balcony upstairs. It was great that the house has two master bedrooms as we traveled with another family. The kids loved the bunk bed room with the TV. Communication was excellent and the check in/check out processes was simple and straight forward. We loved all things about this property. The unit had many details that made it very user friendly. Laminated directions on how to use the tvs, very well stocked kitchen with labeled drawers/cabinets, and lots of pantry space. The patio furniture was so comfortable and we were always able to find shade on at least one of the balconies at all times of the day. The easy, well built walkway to the beach worked perfectly and was a must for us since traveling with grandparents and small children. We loved the layout with high ceilings which definitely makes the unit feel larger than most other town homes. The owners were incredibly responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Our kids appreciated all the extra sand toys and high quality umbrellas available to use. We loved that a pack n play was provided and could easily fit in the master closet for our 2 yr old. It was a fun treat to enjoy the soaking tub and watch TV. We definitely used the entire walk in laundry room with utility sink and oversized washer and dryer. We were so impressed with Navarre Beach and the condo was perfect for our family. Lots of room and the views were breath taking. Beach was relatively quiet, which was just what we were hoping for. Julie answered our questions quickly when we inquired and everything from booking to check-in was a breeze. Ida was blowing pretty hard the first day we were there but after a couple of days the beach was back to normal. Julie answered so many questions I had and was very gracious. Spring break was our first experience in Navarre beach and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the laid back feel of Navarre compared to the tourist attractions of Destin. The house was excellent and very nice! Great view and access to the beach. The pictures shown are an accurate representation of the property. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you need. Julie & Mike's home was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and so many amenities. We all loved being so close to the less crowded beach - our two oldest grand kids could come back and forth to the beach if they needed anything. Loved being able to see the ocean in the kitchen/living room area. Julie was great to work with! We have always stayed in a condo in Destin condo but the family all agreed they love Navarre Beach much better so we will definitely come back and plan to stay again at "A Shore Thing"!
