The living room has two sofas that can accommodate a large group to gather and watch TV or play games(provided for your pleasure) .

The dining area/kitchen is combined with the living space so you can join your guest or family and not miss a thing. The Kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs. The convenience of a half bath and laundry closet located on the living level improves function and flow.

All bedrooms are upstairs for additional privacy. The master bedroom Is spacious enough for a crib/pack-n-play, features a T.V and attached bathroom, desk, dresser and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is comfortable and cozy, featuring two full sized beds, T.V., attached bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and roomy closet. Both bedrooms have black out shades for extra comfort if you want to sleep in or take a midday nap!!

By far one of the best features is the enclosed private patio. Enjoy your morning coffee in peace. From family barbecues (Charcoal grill provided) to lunch, dinner or early morning breakfasts, this will serve all purposes. Leave all your wet suits, sandy flip flops (on the hooks attached to the inside fence), all your beach toys, coolers, etc. safely inside the gated patio (with padlock for your security) while you lunch, nap or take a break with your family.

Showers for the beach are located on the ‘dunes cross-over walk’, an additional front porch shower awaits you as well along with a hose at the front and back door for spraying off those wet sandy feet.

The private BEACH is accessible by a short walk from the front of the unit as well through the patio gate. The pool is heated April - October and is for use by residents/guests of this complex!!! Restaurants, public beach, fishing bridge, beach chairs and bike rentals are all within walking distance. Publix grocery, Wal-Mart and other shopping areas are close on the mainland. Uncrowded, unspoiled, and unlike anywhere else. Navarre Beach is one of those places that you can’t help but love. Its uncrowded shores, soft sands and emerald waves have a soothing effect on your soul, make yourself at home and enjoy the sand, sun and surf. Our unit is only steps from the ocean, no crossing any busy roads or streets, simply walk out your front door turn right, it's about 150 steps and the paradise awaits you, follow the sidewalk to the beach. This unit is not handicap accessible, both bedrooms are upstairs!
