The only things we would have loved to have had in the room would have been a small refrigerator and access to ice (for drinks on a hot day). A great option for Lucerne. Another great think to know about IBIS Styles is that it's in a very convenient location to all the "action", yet sits on a quiet street. Great area for walking and exploring."

"We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Chapel Bridge. We ate several times on our balcony. Small but functional. Large room which made it comfortable for 2 people to move around. The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had breakfast there 2 mornings. While not free they do provide vouchers you can use in the restaurant which helps offset the cost. We had dinner outside one night by the river. Perfect with the Chapel Bridge view. The location was also perfect for taking a walk through Old Town. Everything felt close by. Highly recommended!!"
