Personalet var imødekommende og venlige, det eneste minus der var at det var lidt forvirrende at der både var morgenmad til hotel gæsterne og brunch til folk der kom udefra (weekend) og det var ikke helt til at gennemskue at der var en del af buffeten, som kun var til brunch gæsterne. “整體體驗還不錯，旁邊的餐廳餐點也蠻好的，唯有浴室要小心洗澡水不會流到房間地毯，會被收高額清潔費，但如果是旅館設計瑕疵導致，正常洗澡不應該需要擔心水會外流，以及房間屋頂有兩個三角形的樑，走到窗邊需要彎腰，小心撞頭，除了這兩點外，還算舒適，有附早餐，選項不少。”
