Sailfish, 4,46 Magnus Street- Unit with water views and close to town
- Spacious and comfortable two bedroom unit located only a short pleasant stroll to shops, beach and marina. Overlooking both the parkland and the sparkling bay, protected balcony all year around with electric BBQ.
Living area with ceiling fans and air conditioning and both bedrooms with ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and renovated bathroom with 2 toilets available. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and single lock up garage.
Sailfish is a lovely small block located only minutes walk into town and it offers a lovely outlook, sit back and enjoy the water views, listen to the bird life in the park, realx and enjoy your holiday, it couldnt get any better than this.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
