We booked gold experience room, but we got a room without batub. I did not know what kind of special experience we would have, also not known that we can check in on 4th floor, so it make us waiting in the lobby! First wrong impression is Valet parking, very inefficiency! Main extrence is very crowded especially during the time around checking in / out. Need vehicle required QR code is good idea, but it show 45 mins. is making us nurvus when we plan to leave. Although I am not satisfy with issues, but the location is great, the castle is beautiful.
