Room wasn’t good clean also bathroom door was broken. I asked reception to fix my second day but it didn’t happent while I was stay. Car park was very difficult park so I won’t be back this place.

No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

Our stay was the perfect beginning to our trip to Australia and New Zealand. We had 3 koalas outside our wildlife viewing room during our entire stay! The sanctuary tour and zoo admission was a wonderful perk! Staff was welcoming and very helpful.

I seldom wrote hotel review, but I couldn’t helped this times. The hotel was the dirtiest one I ever stayed, worst than a motel on the side of the highway where you stayed for a nite for convenience. Almost everything was broken, the shower & the towel handles came off when you touched them.
